Polaris?  I couldn't find a way to do it.
The upper culmination time is the time of transit. The lower is exactly 12 hours later.

The time of upper culmination for Polaris is the transit time.
Polaris is at its upper culmination once every 23h 56m 4s.

Time of lower culmination = Time of upper culmination +- 11h 58m
