RE: New Comet Chasing Channel - theskyhound - 2025-05-30 RE: New Comet Chasing Channel - PMSchu - 2025-05-30 Very interesting report. These TNOs are sort of the opposite of the NEOs that inhabit our part of the solar system. Very large and slow-moving compared to the NEOs that can move through our sky at arc seconds/second in the extreme cases. Thanks, Phil S. I have to confess that I intended to, but I accidentally skipped over it when I was preparing the script. By the time I realized the mistake there wasn't enough time left. I saw the color in at least one image, and to be honest, I wasn't sure it was real. Since then more have shown up. I have no idea how to explain that color. That's a new one for me! RE: New Comet Chasing Channel - theskyhound - 2025-11-03 If I had more time I'd have put together some sort of morning plan to get all of the morning comets visible this month, maybe picking some dates. But this thing takes a full day of work as it is.
