ST displays N. objects for a scope in the S. Hemisphere - jhayes_tucson - 2024-04-26
I used ST V2 for years and finally decided to try V4.1. I run a ASA600 scope in Chile and I have correctly entered the lat/long of the telescope and no matter what I do, the object list only shows objects visible in the N. Hemisphere. That is completely useless to me. How to I get the software to correctly display object visible from the telescope location?

Hello John,
The most likely conclusion is that your latitude is set incorrectly. One common mistake is to reverse the latitude and longitude. Upload a screen capture of your location settings and maybe we can spot the problem.
