Problem with the Daily NEA Download fixed

Thanks for the fix. As I rarely use the daily, I've not seen the issue. I get the close passes from another source and only run the ones of interest using the osculating elements from Horizons pasted into ST for the particular time/date. That feature is indeed the "BOMB".
