above pricing assumes delivery via download. For CD/DVD
media add $5 for each media order. Media must be shipped to a
single address. There is an additional shipping charge of $10
for addresses within the US, $18 for Canada. Contact
us for shipping to destinations outside of the US. You
may order a mix of editions. The discount is
computed on the total number of copies ordered. Orders of ten or more must be purchased via check or money order
(multiple personal checks are accepted). We cannot offer
refunds on discounted purchases. Please
