I had a list in nightly planner
I added several comments by right clicking Brief
I added another object to the list
The Brief notes were no longer displayed
Bringing up the info for each item and changing from "Show All" to "My attachments" displayed the note
Changing "Attachments" on the right as suggested by Phil S brought tem back
