Hello Brian,

I have verified that the iTelescopes are downloading correctly in version 4.11.1.10 and version 4.11.0.10 under normal conditions.

Please open SkyTools Imaging and click the little square at the very bottom left side of the window. This is where it saves the history of subscription updates. See if there are any messages regarding iTelescopes and if you find any, please copy the text ot make a screen capture.
