Importing list from Skytools 4 to Skysafari brings only half
#4
It should tell you if it doesn't recognize an object. So that may not be the entire problem. I have done what I can, within reason, to put designations in the output file in formats that are commonly recognized. But people don't always use common sense, like dropping spaces or adding dashes that don't conform with the original catalog. There is only so much I can do, especially for the unusual catalogs. As far as supplemental database objects, this is a matter of what the person who created the object entered as the designation. You could just edit the designations.

I hate to pass the buck, but all of this seems to be more of a Skysafari issue than a SkyTools one. Have you tried asking them about it?
