Best Sort for Observing?
#2
I mostly answered this in your other topic. Here is what I recommend: make sure all of the objects you want to see in a season are in your observing list. Then use the Nightly Planner to plan one night at a time. Just plan for "tonight," every night. Set the filters to: "Best Quality Only," and "Visible (any difficulty)". If you only want the easier objects, then set the visibility filter to "Easy" and to the right: and "Less difficult". Then sort by the best time column.

That is really all you need. You don't have to look at the object at exactly the best time, just in between the start and end times. But sorting on Best automatically gives you the best sort order.
