Getting exposure time into project

I think it best to solve the problem before we talk about interpreting results.That is a very unusual set of gain settings. It says at the top its for a CCD camera (which only really have one setting, maybe two), and ISO's are listed, which are typically used for a DSLR?

Please show me the entire camera dialog for this camera. And then we can talk about making some changes to the camera settings, if necessary.
