Thanks for the screen captures. There are camera settings that need to be updated. In particular there should only be one gain setting. SkyTools will often try all of the gain settings to automatically select the optimum gain setting, so all of these additional settings are likely confusing it. A CCD camera normally only has one gain setting. The exception is if the gain changes with binning, but for this camera it doesn't.
I did some research and I have uploaded a .stx file with what appear to be the best settings for this camera.
Save the file where you can find it again. Start SkyTools and open the Imaging Systems. Select your system. Click on the camera. On the camera dialog click "Open" and browse to the file you downloaded. This will load the new settings.
Hopefully this will resolve the problems you were having. If not, let me know.
