Hi Blake,
It shows up as magnitude 5 and visible to the naked eye for me.
1. Make sure that you have downloaded the latest Current Comets.
2. Open the comet in the Object Info. On the right side it should say:
"Observations (Mag, D, DC) as of 2020 Jun 20."
3. Make sure you have the date set correctly. Something like this happened once and it turned out that the date was a year off.
4. It should currently be mag 5 with a 6.8" coma
