Skyhound, LLC ("Skyhound," "we," "our") develops and sells SkyTools® astronomy software via this website.

Contact form	Your name, email address, and whatever you write in the message	To reply to your inquiry or follow up on an order problem. Stored indefinitely in our email archive so we have a record of past conversations.
Checkout (PayPal)	PayPal sends us an order-confirmation email listing your name, email, product, and transaction ID. We never see your card or PayPal account details.	Fulfilling the purchase, license look-up, and resolving payment issues. Emails are retained in our accounting records.
Newsletter signup	Email address only, collected via MailerLite (double-opt-in).	To send the monthly Skyhound newsletter. You can unsubscribe via any newsletter link at any time.
In-software registration (optional)	Name & email, entered inside SkyTools.	To notify you of bug-fix updates or major new releases, if you choose to register.
Web-server logs	IP address, browser type, time of visit (standard server logs).	Security, performance monitoring, and abuse prevention. Logs rotate automatically and are not used for marketing.
